Paleo Protein Pancakes

Paleo Protein Pancakes

One of my staple/comfort foods is becoming these delicious paleo protein pancakes!  I've had a lot of people ask for the recipe, so I wanted to include it here!  There are several ways to do it!  All are great! :)

PALEO PROTEIN PANCAKES 1

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 ripe banana
1 scoop of your favorite flavored protein powder (I used Fudge Brownie)
cinnamon
honey
your choice of fruit

Instructions:

(1) Mash the banana up in a bowl as good as you can and then mix in the 2 eggs. Then mix in the protein powder and cinnamon.
(2) Spray a pan with no-calorie olive oil non-stick cooking spray and then pour the mixture in. I suggest doing it in a larger pan, since the mixture will spread out and fill up the whole pan. In a smaller pan, it would be too thick and will be hard to turn over and cook all the way through.
(3) Cook on medium-low heat until it's cooked all the way through. You will probably want to turn it over once or twice. I always end up cutting it into 4 sections so that it's all easier to turn.
(4) Put on a plate and drizzle with honey and top with your favorite fruit!

PALEO PROTEIN PANCAKES 2

1 egg
1/4 cup Almond Milk, Vanilla Unsweetened
2 packets Stevia

cinnamon
honey
your choice of fruit

Instructions:

(2) Spray a pan with no-calorie olive oil non-stick cooking spray and then pour the mixture in. I suggest doing it in a larger pan, since the mixture will spread out and fill up the whole pan. In a smaller pan, it would be too thick and will be hard to turn over and cook all the way through.
(3) Cook on medium-low heat until it's cooked all the way through. You will probably want to turn it over once or twice. I always end up cutting it into 4 sections so that it's all easier to turn.
(4) Put on a plate and drizzle with honey and top with your favorite fruit!
